This site provides information on procedures applicable to those who wish to
apply for a visa to travel to The Netherlands.
This site is under the supervision of the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Moscow
and The Consulate General of the Kingdom of The Netherlands, St Petersburg and
is an initiative to ease the visa application process.
For Prospective Applicants
If you wish to apply for a short stay visa upto 90 days to The Netherlands,
kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on
this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible.
This will reduce the chances of your application being incomplete or not being
processed.

01/04/2009 Dear Applicants, we are pleased to announce that we are
opening the Netherlands Visa Application Centre in Rostov-on-Don on 1st of
April 2009. You can submit you application forms together with the supporting
documents starting from 1st of April, between 0900 hours to 1600 hours, Monday
to Friday. The Address of the Netherlands Visa Application Centre: 344022,
Rostov-on-Don, Sotsialisticheskaya str., building 74, office 1308
Note: Dear Applicants, we are pleased to announce that we are opening the
Netherlands Visa Application Centre in Ekaterinburg on 1st of December 2008.
You can submit you application forms together with the supporting documents
starting from 1st of December, between 0900 hours to 1600 hours, Monday to
Friday. The Address of the Netherlands Visa Application Centre: Gogol Street
36, Office 1001, Ekaterinburg, 620075.
Note: Applicants applying in Moscow can take a prior appointment for submitting the application at the
Netherlands Visa Application Centre or at The Netherlands Embassy

Note: Dear Applicants we are glad to inform you that you can submit your
application form along with the supporting documents at the Netherlands Visa
Application Centre every day from 12:00 to 13:00 without prior appointment
scheduling. In that case the processing time for your visa application will be
extended in comparing to the applicants who have booked prior appointment. Please
note that the following rule is applicable only for individual applications.
Note: For applicants wishing to apply in Saint Petersburg the Netherlands Visa
Application Centre is located at the at the following address:

Note: Applicants applying for MVV/Long Stay Visas need to directly submit their
applications ate the Embassy/Consulate on the working days before 12:30 Hours.
