This site provides information on procedures applicable to those who wish to
apply for a visa to travel to The Netherlands.
This site is under the supervision of the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Moscow
and The Consulate General of the Kingdom of The Netherlands, St Petersburg and
is an initiative to ease the visa application process.
For Prospective Applicants
If you wish to apply for a short stay visa upto 90 days to The Netherlands,
kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on
this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible.
This will reduce the chances of your application being incomplete or not being
processed.

Note: Dear Applicants applying in Moscow we would like to
draw your attention to the fact that on the 21st of September 2009
the Netherlands Visa Service Centre is moving to the new address: Moscow,
Timura Frunze str., building 11, block 7 (metro station ‘Park Kultury’)
Note: Applicants applying in Moscow can take a prior appointment for submitting the application at the
Netherlands Visa Application Centre or at The Netherlands Embassy
Note: Dear Applicants we are glad to inform you that you can submit your
application form along with the supporting documents at the Netherlands Visa
Application Centre every day from 12:00 to 13:00 without prior appointment
scheduling. In that case the processing time for your visa application will be
extended in comparing to the applicants who have booked prior appointment. Please
note that the following rule is applicable only for individual applications.
Note: Applicants applying for MVV/Long Stay Visas need to directly submit their
applications at the Embassy/Consulate on the working days between 09:00 and 10:00.
