Sports or cultural visa
Documents to be submitted with a visa application:

• An original letter letter of invitation from the Dutch institute or organisation mentioning purpose of travel and information of who is bearing the expenses.
• A letter from the Russian institute or organization confirming travel and who is bearing the expenses.
• Hotel confirmation or place of stay for the whole period
• List of participants (only for groups).
• For minors: birth certificate and notarised authorisation of the parents (original and copy).
• Non-Russian citizens have to present: Russian visa or residence permit + registration valid 3 months after the scheduled return.
