GROUP APPOINTMENTS: A group can
only apply at the Netherlands
Visa Service Centre.
To apply as a group you must meet the following requirements:

A group must consist of 5 persons or more;
·
A group must be homogeneous, that is to consist of people
from the same or related companies (e.g. a theatre group), going with the same purpose of travel, to the same destination and for the same period of stay in the
Netherlands
.
To make a group appointment you must:
·
Send an e-mail in
English to mos-date@minbuza.nl at least 3 weeks before
the desired application date;
·
Attach to the above mentioned e-mail a copy of an invitation
in which an inviting party must indicate who will cover expenses of this trip (means
of transport, hotel or other accommodation, medical insurance, daily expenses) and
guarantee timely return of the group to the Russian Federation, with a copy of a
list of participants of the group (with their personal details and passport number
and their role in the group). Inform the
E
mbassy in this e-mail about precise dates of travel.
When applying at the Netherlands
V
isa Service Centre a representative of the group must submit an original invitation
with an original complete list of participants of the group (in case there is only
1 invitation for the whole group).
A file for each participant of the group must contain:

Valid travel document (international passport) valid for
a minimum of 3 months after scheduled return to the
Russian Federation ;
·
Valid travel-medical-insurance policy, either individual
or group, with a minimum cover of 30,000 euro and valid for all Schengen countries;
·
Visa application form correctly completed and signed
by the applicant;
·
two recent colour passport photographs, not older than
6 months, bearing a true likeness to the applicant (3,5 by 4,5 cm.);
·
An original invitation with a copy of the list of participants
in which the name of the participant must be highlighted with a marker or an original
invitation for each participant;
·
Recent, not older than 1 month, original employer’s statement
(containing the following information: position and salary of the applicant, starting
date of the employment and dates of absence), or a university/school reference with
permission to be absent during the trip (for students and schoolchildren). If an applicant is self-employed, a copy
of registration from the Chamber of Commerce and of an individual tax-payer number
must be presented;

Copy of a notarized consent of the parents (for minors
who travel without parents or with only one parent). If a child has only one remaining
parent, a document about the second parent must also be submitted (e.g. copy of
death certificate, court decision about
deprival of parental rights, reference # 25);
Non-Russian must also submit the following documents (in addition to the mentioned
above):

Copy of a Russian visa or a residence
permit (if applicable);
·
Copy of a Russian work permit (if applicable);
·
Copy of a registration in the
Russian Federation
(if applicable).
Files which do not meet the above mentioned requirements can result in prolongation
of the visa procedure.
