Requisite Documents

Visiting family and friends (when applicant is NOT solvable)
Documents to be submitted with a visa application:

• Proof of financial means of the referent: average monthly income above 1200 Euro.
• An original letter of invitation from family or friends, legalised by the Municipality stating relationship and inviting you to the Netherlands (not older than 6 months).
• Copy of the first page of hosts' passport or/and residence permit. If the hosts' partner is a non-Dutch citizen, a copy of the residence permit has also to be presented.
• Original Proof of employment
  • Which is for employees: a recent employers' statement that should mention salary, since when employed, and the duration of holidays
  • Which is for private businessmen: a photocopy of the registration of your company at the (regional) authorities and Russian Chamber of Commerce + tax paying certificate ("INN")
  • Which is for students: registration form a school or university, and if travelling during the study period, certificate from school or university with permission of absence.
• For minors: birth certificate and notarised authorisation of the parents (original and copy).
• Non-Russian citizens have to present: Russian visa or residence permit + registration valid 3 months after the scheduled return.
