Requisite Documents

Car buyer
Documents to be submitted with a visa application:

• An original letter letter of invitation by a Dutch company indicating the purpose, duration of stay, mentioning which party is bearing the expenses of the trip.
• A covering letter from the Russian company confirming the applicant's position and who is bearing the expenses of the trip (employment statement)
• Proof of financial means of the applicants: statements of bank account, bank confirmation of currency exchange (38 Euro per day for a person).
• Photocopy of driver's license
• Proof of financial means to buy the car (minimum 4000 Euro for cars, minimum of 6000 Euro for trucks)
• Proof of former business done with the inviting party and export papers of the purchased vehicles (Dutch Government Service of Vehicle Registration)
• Hotel confirmation for the whole period of stay.
• Non-Russian citizens have to present: Russian visa or residence permit + registration valid 3 months after the scheduled return.
