Application Procedure

As per the new arrangement there will be a service charge of 990 Rubles (inclusive of VAT) levied per application over and above the visa fees. In case you would like your passport couriered to your specified address, you can request of this facility at the time of submitting your application. This optional service is available at an additional charge. The visa fees, service charge and the courier fee is payable in cash at the time of submitting your application and are non refundable.

All visa applications have to be submitted by applicants in person. However, personal appearance of applicants can be waived in the following cases:

• For children up to 16 years old
• For persons, who have obtained at least 2 Schengen visas within the last 3 years. A representative of such a person must present a valid and/ or previous international passport(s) containing such visa; to collect the results of the application the representative must have a power of attorney signed by the applicant
