Application Procedure
As per the new arrangement there will be a service charge of 900 Rubles
(inclusive of VAT) levied per application over and above the visa fees. In case
you would like your passport couriered to your specified address, you can
request of this facility at the time of submitting your application. This
optional service is available at an additional charge. The visa fees, service
charge and the courier fee is payable in cash at the time of submitting your
application and are non refundable.
Applications for Short Stay Visas are to be submitted to The Netherlands Visa

NOTE: The Consulate-General, Saint Petersburg represents the Netherlands in
the North-West Region of the Russian Federation. This area consists of: the
city of St. Petersburg, the Republic Karelia, and the oblasts: Archangelsk,
Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov, Vologda. Applicants are
requested to submit their applications in St Petersburg if residing in the
above regions.
Applications for the rest of the Russian Federation can be submitted at the
visa application centre in Moscow.
The status of the visa application will known on the fourth working day for all
applicants except for nationalities that need to be forwarded to the Dutch Ministry
of Foreign Affairs as e.g. nationals from Belarus where it would take a minimum
of seven working days from
the date of acceptance at The Netherlands Visa Application Centres between 1100
hrs to 1600 hrs in Moscow and 1500 - 1600hrs in St Petersburg. Applicants can
